Amity Coffee Haus

Alaska, it’s cold there. We grew up there. Our children were born there. We understand cold, dark, early mornings and commutes. We moved to Ohio in 2019 to care for aging parents. After spending a decade operating Humdinger’s Gourmet Pizza Co. we shuttered the restaurant in 2022, saying goodbye to our lifelong home of Palmer, Alaska.

Our coffee snobbery originated in Seattle where we attended college in Kirkland, Washington. A little place called Veneto’s where we would find our professors meeting every Saturday. It was great coffee and awesome staff.

In 2021 we began our roasting journey. We really needed good coffee without driving 25 minutes in any direction. We now roast single source coffees from around the globe. We have taken an addiction, turned it into a hobby and now we would like to share both hobby and addiction with you.
